Clay Pot Yam and Pumpkin Rice Recipe(Malaysian Recipe) |
Ingredients A: Serves 2-3 |
250g white rice, cleaned and drained 400ml water/chicken stock ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons fried garlic oil Ingredients B: 150g pumpkin, peeled and diced 150g yam, peeled and diced 2 tablespoons dried prawns, soaked Seasoning (mixed): ½ tablespoon oyster sauce ½ tablespoon light soy sauce ½ teaspoon sugar Dash of pepper |
Method: Put ingredients A into a clay pot and bring to boil. Add in ingredients B and cook at low heat until cooked. Remove from heat, mix in seasoning and serve. |
