Fresh Cuttlefish with Double Spicy Peppers Recipe |
Ingredients: Serves 4 |
1 Korean fresh cuttlefish 1 strip of scallions, trimmed and sliced into slanting pieces Sauce Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds, lightly toasted 1 tablespoon of sesame oil ½ teaspoon of picklyash peel seeds ½ teaspoon of Korean hot pepper powder ⅓ teaspoon of hot pepper oil ½ teaspoon of mashed peeled garlic 1 teaspoon of hot soy bean paste 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of water |
Method: After making cross slashes on the inner side of the Korean fresh cuttlefish, boiled with water until cook. Dip it into ice cubes water to stop the cooking. Remove and drained and stir with sliced scallions and place in a serving dish. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour onto the cuttlefish before serving or pour into a small bowl and put at the side as a dipping sauce. |
