Pork with Sweet Bean Sauce Recipe

(Taiwanese Recipe)

1 cooked fat-lean pork

3 pieces dried bean curds

1 scallion, sectioned

1 red chili, sectioned

1 tablespoon sweet bean sauce

Seasonings:

1 teaspoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons water

Method:

Slice cooked fat-lean pork and dried bean curds.  Stir well sweet bean sauce and seasonings for preparation.  Heat 1 tablespoon oil to fry briefly pork first.  Fry bean curds, scallion and red chili next.  Pour in the stirred seasonings to fry until it absorbs all of the flavors.  Serve.
