Indulge in the rich flavors of our Broccoli Korma recipe

An Indian dish that combines tender boiled broccoli pieces, green peas, and flavorful paneer crumbs in a luscious gravy. The fusion of aromatic spices and herbs creates a symphony of taste that will tantalize your taste buds.

To begin this culinary journey, we melt butter and heat it with oil, infusing the cooking medium with a delightful richness. We then add cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom, allowing their enticing aroma to fill the kitchen.

The chopped onions are added next, sautéed until they turn a dark pink color, bringing out their sweet and savory essence. The thick tomato puree and a blend of seasonings—red chili powder, cumin seed powder, and turmeric powder—are then introduced to the mix, forming the foundation of the flavorsome gravy.

Once the gravy is well-cooked and ready, we introduce the star ingredients: the boiled broccoli pieces, green peas, and paneer crumbs. As they are immersed in the savory gravy, each element absorbs the delightful spices, creating a harmonious medley of textures and tastes.

A touch of cream or fresh curd is added to elevate the creaminess of the dish, enriching the flavors and adding a luxurious twist. Before serving, we garnish the Broccoli Korma with chopped coriander leaves, enhancing the visual appeal and infusing a refreshing aroma.

This delectable Broccoli Korma is best enjoyed with freshly made parathas—a perfect combination of flavors and textures that will transport you to the heart of Indian cuisine. Savor the indulgence of this culinary masterpiece with every delicious bite.
