Experience the rich and aromatic flavors of our Briyani Curry recipe

This exquisite dish offers a choice of succulent chicken pieces or tender cubes of de-boned lamb, seasoned to perfection with a delightful blend of spices and a medley of aromatic herbs.

To prepare this culinary masterpiece, we begin by marinating the meat with a harmonious mix of salt, ground peppercorns, and curry paste, allowing the flavors to infuse and enhance the meat’s taste.

Next, we create a tantalizing spice paste by skillfully pounding or grinding green chilies, red chilies, shallots, garlic, and ginger into a fine, fragrant blend. The spice paste serves as the foundation for the curry, adding layers of depth and complexity to the dish.

In a generous amount of ghee, we stir-fry the spice paste until its tantalizing aroma fills the kitchen, creating a delightful symphony of scents.

To further elevate the curry’s taste, we add onion rings, tomato paste, and a flavorful combination of water and curry paste, ensuring a luscious and well-balanced sauce.

As the meat simmers, its tender goodness is complemented by the addition of yoghurt or soured evaporated milk, fresh coriander leaves, and juicy tomato wedges. A touch of sweetness from sugar rounds off the flavor profile, enhancing the overall taste experience.

After a careful taste test to ensure the perfect balance of flavors, our Briyani Curry is ready to be savored. Serve it with steamed rice or fragrant biryani rice for an unforgettable culinary journey that will transport you to the vibrant and diverse world of Indian cuisine.

Delight your loved ones and guests with this aromatic and indulgent Briyani Curry—a testament to the rich heritage and artistry of Indian cooking.
