Sautéed Beef and Green Onions Recipe |
Ingredients: Serves 4 |
225g beef slices 2 stalks green onions (scallions) 150g total: mushrooms and bamboo shoots (sliced) 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon cooking wine |
Method: Cut beef slices in half if too large. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the white part of the green onions until fragrant. Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots to stir-fry briefly then remove. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry beef until color changes. Add mixed soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine and stir-fry briefly. Add the green part of the green onions then mix well. Serve with rice. |
