Bean Curd Sheets with Hot Oil Recipe |
Ingredients: Serves 4 |
3 fresh bean curd sheets ½ cup shredded wood ear ⅓cup shredded carrots 15 pieces shredded snow peapods ¼ cup shredded szechuan pickled mustard green Seasonings: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon hot red pepper oil 1 tablespoon sesame oil ½ tablespoon vinegar |
Method: Cut fresh bean curd sheets into strings (2″ long). Blanch in boiling water with the rest of the ingredients, rinse and drain. Place in a large bowl and mix with seasonings. Serve. |
